Job summary

Oberalp Group in Boulder, CO, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage inbound/outbound logistics, customs, and inventory for North America, serving as the primary contact for shipment coordination and ERP data entry.

The role supports the flow of goods from global facilities to the US warehouse, requiring strong Excel and ERP skills, HTS knowledge, and collaboration with the Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas) and data manipulation.
• Experience with ERP environments (Microsoft Navision a plus) and knowledge of international trade terms and HTS classification.

Responsibilities

• International Logistics: track and manage inbound shipments, quote and book inbound freight, coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams for on-time delivery.
• Customs Compliance: manage import documentation, ISF filings, HTS classifications, and ACE portal reporting.
• ERP Data & Inventory Management: create/update receipts in ERP, manage POs, generate inventory reports and support cost reporting.
• Cross-Functional Support: coordinate with Operations and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and support ad-hoc supply chain projects.
