Job summary

lululemon is seeking an experienced Outbound Logistics professional to coordinate domestic and international shipments and lead a team of logistics specialists. You will partner with stores, analysts, and vendors to optimize rates, SLA adherence, and on-time delivery across multiple channels.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, 2+ years of leadership, and strong analytical skills. This in-person position offers comprehensive benefits and a focus on growth within a dynamic retail logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain with understanding of truck, air, and ocean procedures.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Strong analytical skills and curiosity; drive to excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Outbound Logistics Management in developing robust solutions and ensure implementation.
• Identify improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve flow of goods.
• Lead selected projects to meet objectives on time and within budget.
• Oversee flow of product for channels including retail, omni, wholesale or freight.
• Develop and support a team of logistics specialists.
• Collaborate with stores and cross-functional partners to optimize processes and SOPs.
• Analyze carrier rates, service options, and KPI trends to support decisions.
• Work with logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery and SLA compliance.
