Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service. You will input orders, run shipments from the WMS, and support order processing to keep operations efficient.

As part of the team, you will ensure accurate data entry, timely documentation, and proactive communication with customers and internal departments, while upholding safety and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service capacity
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders and shipments
• Input and verify data in the WMS and related systems
• Prepare reports and ensure proper invoicing and documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with drivers and other departments to meet service levels
