Job summary

DSV Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional service, accurately enter shipping data and process orders to support site operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with warehouse teams, invoicing and documentation, and answering inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Enter and verify data regarding customer orders, shipments, receipts, inventories, and adjustments.
• Prepare reports concerning customer service as required by supervisors.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Answer calls and route to proper party with a cheerful, courteous manner.
