Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, International Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience across logistics, transportation, distribution, global supply chain, or related operations.
• Experience leading global transportation across multiple modes (ocean, truck, rail, air).
• Experience managing 3PL warehousing providers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Strong understanding of logistics compliance, export documentation, and risk management.
• Experience leading global B2B customer service and post-sale service operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership, with talent development and change management.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the enterprise strategy for global logistics and customer service.
• Plan and execute domestic and international transportation across multiple modes.
• Ensure cost-effective, compliant movement of goods across the global supply chain.
• Oversee warehousing strategy, contracts, capacity, and service levels.
• Own logistics compliance, export documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead analytics, dashboards, and scorecards for cost and service performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop leaders across Logistics and Global Customer Service.
• Partner with finance and procurement on budgets, freight spend, and vendor performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and implementation of new systems.
