Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Director of Global Logistics to lead the global logistics team and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The role focuses on implementing strategies for efficient transportation, warehousing, and compliance across regions.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless operations, manage budgets, and report performance to senior management. A strong background in consumer goods logistics and international trade is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in logistics or supply chain management with 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of global logistics operations, international trade regulations, and customs procedures.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and achieve operational goals.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as ERP and TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global logistics strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and mentor the global logistics team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee end-to-end global logistics including transportation, 3PL warehousing, distribution, and transloading.
