Job summary

ProTrans International Holdings is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Laredo, TX to oversee transactional supply chain activities and partner with carriers and internal teams to drive improvements in customer experience.

You will analyze and develop supply chain solutions, coordinate border crossing operations, and ensure timely reporting and billing. The role requires travel and strong English communication, with Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year logistics/supply chain experience or related degree.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally.
• Experience with BI tools and MS Office.
• Automotive logistics experience preferred.
• Strong English communication; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with TL carriers to confirm pickups, deliveries, and exceptions.
• Facilitate border crossing operations with Border Crossing team and notify customers of deviations.
• Arrange expedite shipments and communicate with Expedite team.
• Assist customers' plants with daily operational issue resolution.
• Elevate service level issues to Operations Manager and report performance.
• Communicate holiday schedules and internal adjustments to customers.
• Ensure reporting is distributed (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Collaborate with AR team to secure timely billing.
