Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in the United States is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Wave Planner to coordinate orders between operations and customers. You will manage inquiries, track shipments, and ensure timely pickups, reporting to the Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a warehouse.
• Knowledge of order management systems, WMS, or Manhattan.
• Proficient in Excel with complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between operations and customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Manage orders for clients and ensure prompt pickup.
• Report to the Operations Supervisor.
• Coordinate processing of export orders in the AES system.
• Maintain WMS and update area metrics.
• Provide secondary support to the local team.
