Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support daily North America transportation operations within the Global Transportation & Logistics team. You will schedule palletized freight and small parcel shipments, track in-transit status, resolve delays, and ensure deliveries meet customer promises.

You will collaborate with carriers, customer service, and RAD Operations to optimize routing, set appointments, and investigate shipment inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate LTL/FTL palletized freight and small parcel shipments across North America.
• Track shipments in transit and resolve exceptions with carriers and teams.
• Set delivery appointments and manage daily pickup projections.
• Coordinate with GTL, RAD Operations and cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery.
