Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in Stockton, CA to support North America transportation operations. You will schedule palletized freight and small parcel shipments, track in transit, resolve exceptions, and ensure on-time delivery to uphold customer promises.

You’ll collaborate with carriers, RAD Operations teams, and customer service to optimize logistics, balance cost and service quality, and deliver a superior customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 1+ years of transportation and supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate palletized freight shipments and small parcel packages across North America.
• Track shipments in transit and manage exceptions end-to-end.
• Provide customer experience support by setting delivery appointments and communicating forecasts.
• Communicate with carriers and cross-functional partners to ensure daily operations.
