Qualifications

• 1+ years of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Commitment to 40 hours/week and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export shipments.
• Enter and maintain shipment data in logistics systems.
• Prepare and review shipping documents and bills of lading.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to appropriate owners for clearance or routing.
