Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gather inputs from internal functions to address shipping requirements like duty-free entry and export licensing.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to schedule shipments and ensure on-time performance.
• Track shipment progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain audit-ready records and confirm final delivery details.
• Resolve routine shipping issues by coordinating with stakeholders and freight forwarders.
• Execute shipments in line with logistics procedures to comply with regulations.
• Assist with logistics process development and internal projects
