Qualifications

• 7+ years of logistics or property accountability experience.
• Experience with material tracking, serialized equipment, and inventory control across multiple sites.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Experience handling government documents (DD250s, DD1149s).
• Experience with PIEE/iRAPT and related property systems.
• Knowledge of property management tools (AssetSmart, Costpoint, Ivalua).
• Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and capable of asset management with tracking tech.
• Ability to move 50lbs and hold a Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and control government and contractor property and maintain inventory records.
• Manage invoice, receipt, acceptance, transfer, and disposition of assets per government regulations.
• Apply expertise in configuration management, life cycle support, and document control for hardware.
• Maintain receivables and protect goods; collaborate with GFP staff and receiving manager for GFP, CAP, GFE movement.
• Provide supply, warehousing, and storage support for contracted items.
