You will work with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to keep freight moving, resolve issues, and inform leadership on logistics performance.

The role requires 3+ years in international logistics, DGD documentation experience, and FDA/import compliance knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics or freight coordination.
• Experience preparing and handling DGD documentation.
• Experience with FDA requirements for imported shipments.
• Understanding of import documentation and customs clearance.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate international shipments from origin through final delivery, including ocean and air freight.
• Manage inbound inventory and ensure timely receipt with suppliers and warehouses.
• Prepare shipments and coordinate with third parties for outgoing deliveries.
• Prepare shipment documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and DGD forms.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate delays to customers and teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records; provide status updates.
• Support customs compliance and stay updated on import requirements.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and logistics providers to optimize routes.
• Meet with leadership to discuss performance and improvement opportunities.
