Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders end-to-end to ensure on-time and complete shipments.
• Maintain order accuracy throughout the lifecycle and reduce errors.
• Oversee EDI transactions and workflows to meet vendor and retailer standards.
• Coordinate with international 3PL warehouses on fulfillment and timing.
• Review routing guides and partner requirements to stay compliant.
• Troubleshoot order exceptions and propose process improvements.
