Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking an in-office Order Processing Specialist to ensure efficient, accurate handling of orders from start to finish. You will coordinate shipments, monitor OTIF performance, and collaborate with 3PL partners across regions.

The role requires exceptional communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and general business software (Outlook, Teams).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and raise issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders end-to-end to ensure on-time, full shipment (OTIF).
• Maintain order accuracy across the lifecycle and reduce errors and chargebacks.
• Oversee EDI transactions and workflows to meet vendor and retailer requirements.
• Coordinate with international 3PL warehouses on fulfillment and shipping across regions.
• Review routing guides and compliance standards to align workflows.
• Troubleshoot order issues and drive process improvements to prevent repeats.
