Job summary

Trove Brands in Lehi, UT is seeking an Imports Coordinator to oversee container and air freight from manufacturers to final destinations. You will work to secure competitive pricing, timely deliveries, and compliance with international shipping regulations while building strong relationships with freight forwarders.

The ideal candidate will monitor shipping KPIs, manage customs compliance, and coordinate with 3PL partners to support our fast-growing distribution network.

Qualifications

• Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience to supply chain disruptions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate container and air freight bookings with freight forwarders.
• Verify POs, ship method, carton quantities, and destinations.
• Monitor shipment milestones and address exceptions.
• Process landed costs and POs in Acumatica ERP.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams on routing and timelines.
• Audit inland transport invoices and track KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with customs and export documentation.
• Communicate delays and must-arrive-by dates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
