Job summary

Trove Brands, LLC. is seeking an in-office Operations/EDI Coordinator at our HQ in Lehi, Utah. You will oversee order processing, shipping accuracy, and vendor communications to ensure OTIF performance.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving, with a culture that values innovation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accurate processing and shipping of orders to ensure they are shipped on time in full (OTIF).
• Maintain high accuracy through the life cycle of an order by processing orders, reducing error rates and rejections.
• Overseeing EDI procedures, software updates, and technology processes to maintain vendor compliance.
• Reviewing routing guides and technology workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Communicating effectively via Outlook and Microsoft Teams to collaborate across multiple departments both internally and externally
