Trove Brands is seeking an in-office Operations/EDI Specialist to manage order processing and ensure OTIF shipping from our Lehi HQ. The role requires maintaining accuracy throughout order lifecycles and overseeing EDI procedures and routing workflows. Collaboration with multiple departments is essential.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accurate processing and shipping of orders to ensure they are shipped on time in full (OTIF).
• Maintain high accuracy through the life cycle of an order by processing orders, reducing error rates and rejections.
• Overseeing EDI procedures, software updates, and technology processes to maintain vendor compliance.
• Reviewing routing guides and technology workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Communicating effectively via Outlook and Microsoft Teams to collaborate across multiple departments both internally and externally
