Job summary

ArchPoint Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage international and domestic shipments from origin to final delivery. You will work with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are executed accurately and on time.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of logistics experience, including international shipping and freight coordination.
• Experience coordinating ocean and/or air freight shipments and working with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and shipping docs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track international and domestic shipments from origin to final delivery.
• Interact with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage shipments and prepare shipping documents.
• Track freight and container status and provide timely updates; resolve delays and issues.
