Job summary

ArchPoint Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee international and domestic shipments from origin to final delivery. You will work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-efficient logistics operations.

The role involves tracking shipments, preparing shipping documents, resolving delays, and maintaining logistics systems. Candidates should have 2–4 years in logistics, ERP experience (NetSuite), and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years logistics experience, international shipping and freight coordination preferred.
• Experience with ocean and/or air freight shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track international and domestic shipments from origin to final delivery.
• Negotiate and provide logistics rates to internal stakeholders.
• Review dashboards and alerts daily to address issues promptly.
• Manage KPI scorecards to track and improve performance metrics.
• Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments, including booking approvals.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents and communicate freight status updates.
