Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Proficient in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• English speaking is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Inventory management: oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Transportation management: plan and coordinate transportation routes, schedules, and carrier selection to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods.
• Warehouse management: oversee the organization, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse, ensuring efficient utilization of space and resources.
• Order processing: manage order fulfillment processes, including order entry, tracking, and delivery, while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Data analysis and reporting: analyse logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement; prepare reports on logistics performance metrics.
• Compliance and safety: ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards; promote a safe working environment.
• Vendor and supplier coordination: liaise with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Continuous improvement: identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Responsible for daily expenditure and invoicing, and managing financial ledgers.
