Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to manage the global movement of goods, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance. This role collaborates with customers, vendors, customs brokers and carriers to optimize transit and documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in international logistics, knowledge of import/export procedures, and familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems, contributing to cost control and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics and/or Transportation or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in international logistics or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation is required.
• Familiarity with CargoWise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with customers and vendors to strengthen market position.
• Collaborate with team to drive continuous improvement and enhance operations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor transportation costs, analyze freight bills, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve transit issues.
• Stay updated on incoterms and regulatory changes affecting global shipping.
• Support sales team and help build and manage a book of business.
