Job summary

USA DeBusk seeks an International Business Logistics Coordinator to manage cross-border shipments from origin to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. You will liaise with vendors, carriers, and brokers to keep logistics moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in international freight, bilingual Spanish, and strong Excel/Office skills. Travel up to 10% and close collaboration with internal teams are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of freight trucking and ocean experience in international geography, preferably South America.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or related field is strongly preferred.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with the operations team for importing and exporting equipment.
• Partner with 3rd party ocean freight forwarders, consignees, customs brokers, and customers.
• Set up and monitor door-to-door transportation via ocean, air, rail, and truck.
• Negotiate rates and manage freight costs; develop relationships with carriers.
• Coordinate cargo availability and arrange pickup and delivery.
• Finalize billing and distribute documents as required.
• Review shipment status reports and report non-conformities.
• Support RFI/RFQ processes with accurate communications.
