The role acts as a liaison between vendors, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate freight movements by ocean, air, rail, and truck, negotiate rates, and verify documentation while supporting RFI/RFQ processes and billing activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of freight trucking and ocean experience in international geography.
• Spanish language proficiency for partner communication.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with operations for importing/exporting equipment internationally.
• Coordinate door-to-door transport via ocean, air, rail, and truck.
• Negotiate rates and manage freight costs; maintain carrier relationships.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and customers on shipments.
• Ensure customs compliance and accurate documentation (POD, BOL).
• Monitor shipments, report non-conformities, and finalize billing.
• Support RFI/RFQ processes and freight forwarder functions as needed.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
