• 3+ years in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Experience coordinating domestic shipments; international shipping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure accuracy of commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate status, delays, and changes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, Sourcing, Field Support, and Marketing to align shipments with demand.
• Help develop standard logistics processes as the company scales.
