Job summary

Xona, a leader in navigational intelligence, seeks a Logistics Specialist in Burlingame, CA. You will own day-to-day shipment execution, coordinate domestic and international shipments, and support receiving, inventory, and kitting on the production floor.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Marketing to ensure compliant, on-time delivery of flight hardware and equipment, handling complex documentation and export requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of logistics, shipping, or related experience in high-reliability industries.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Experience with parcel carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers.
• Experience with international shipping documentation and customs clearance.
• Familiarity with HTS classifications, ECCN basics, Incoterms, and export controls.
• Experience with receiving, inventory transactions, and material issuance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of flight hardware, engineering hardware, test equipment, and other company property.
• Serve as a primary logistics point of contact for multiple internal teams.
• Plan shipments for customer demonstrations, trade shows, and off-site events, including international movements.
• Select shipping methods and coordinate with carriers, forwarders, brokers, and other providers.
• Support international customs clearance with accurate documentation and classifications.
• Pack, label, and prepare hardware for shipment per handling and export requirements.
• Assist with receiving, inventory, and material movement on the production floor.
