Job summary

GeoControl Systems, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The role supports shipments across locations, manages inventory, and ensures compliance with HUBZone requirements.

You will collaborate with suppliers and production teams to keep parts flowing and meet schedules. This non-exempt, full-time position welcomes candidates with a HS diploma and relevant logistics experience; a Bachelor’s may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Deployment/Logistics Coordinator or Administrative Assistant.
• Analytical ability to define problems, gather data, and act per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with different locations and people to process shipments through the approved flows.
• Expedite the flow of material and parts.
• Ensure supplies and inventory are ordered, received, replenished, and kept at appropriate levels.
• Monitor inventory levels to align with forecasted demand and inventory goals.
• Participate in the disposition of non-conforming material.
• Arrange for reservation and transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
