Job summary

BDP International in Eddystone, PA is seeking a dedicated logistics associate to prepare and compile documents required by federal agencies for foreign cargo discharge at domestic ports, acting as liaison among importers, carriers, airlines, railroads, and U.S. Customs.

You will coordinate daily customs clearance, ensure SOP adherence, manage data entry and invoicing, support the team leader, and maintain clear communication with customers in a fast-paced, detail‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with import/export procedures and customs clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point of contact for existing and new customers.
• Daily arrangement of customs clearance and monitoring of broker procedures.
• Implement SOPs to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Documentation for data entry and verification.
• Prepare invoices, cost checks, and job closures.
• Support manager in customer meetings and communications.
• Complete other related tasks assigned by team leader.
