Reflex Performance Resources Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Production team, overseeing the full shipment lifecycle from overseas factories to the U.S. warehouse.

Qualifications

• Review shipping documents and compare all information against approved Purchase Orders (POs). Identify discrepancies between POs and shipping documents and follow up with overseas factories for corrections.
• Coordinate overseas factory shipments and monitor vessel ETD/ETA.
• Track containers from overseas factory through arrival at the U.S. warehouse and monitor shipment status.
• Maintain organized records of POs, shipping documents, vessel schedules, and container tracking information.
• Communicate shipment status, delays, or changes to relevant departments and ensure timely information distribution.

Responsibilities

• Review shipping documents and compare all information against approved Purchase Orders (POs). Identify discrepancies between POs and shipping documents and follow up with overseas factories for corrections.
• Coordinate overseas factory shipments and monitor vessel ETD/ETA. Follow up with factories and forwarders to ensure shipments are booked and shipped according to the required schedule.
• Track containers from the overseas factory through arrival at the U.S. warehouse and monitor shipment status including Customs clearance.
• Distribute shipping documents to Warehouse, Accounting and Production teams and maintain up-to-date shipment records.
