Active Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Production & Logistics Coordinator to support daily production follow-up and movement of finished goods from overseas factories. The role emphasizes import logistics, vendor communication, and delivering products on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have apparel production and logistics experience, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in apparel production, import logistics, supply chain, or production coordination.
• Experience working with overseas factories, apparel vendors and freight forwarders
• Strong understanding of apparel production calendars, purchase order management, and import logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Liaise daily on production follow-up with overseas offices and vendors
• Maintain seasonal production calendar to meet deadlines
• Coordinate inbound shipments from overseas factories for timely delivery
• Monitor production and shipping schedules and flag delays
• Collaborate with Global Sourcing VP to manage extension requests and timelines
• Coordinate shortage and overage shipments to meet PO requirements
• Prepare and review import documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
• Maintain shipment tracking, logistics reports, and delivery records
• Work with cross-functional teams to support launches and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies
