Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in foreign trade (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in US Customs Brokerage is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of Customs clearance functions is preferred.
• Customer satisfaction orientation.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Time management and detail orientation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company controls, policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with customer requirements and SOPs.
• Meet KPI standards per OPS.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping events with proper codes and traces.
• Proactively communicate with carriers and stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
• Complete required trainings and develop personal growth goals.
