Qualifications

• 3-4 years prior industry-related business development experience.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively negotiate.
• Dedication to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build quality business relationships with clients, learning their needs and continually surpassing their expectations.
• Pitch to new and existing clients through a cold-calling process.
• Achieve sales call goals and manage a sales pipeline.
• Have a hunter mindset and a collaborative energy.
• Collaborate with Logistic Coordinators in the movement of the freight lifecycle.
