Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. seeks a visionary VP, Global Logistics & Supply Chain to architect a next‑generation, AI-enabled, data-driven supply chain that powers our Workshops, e‑Commerce, and Wholesale channels.

This leader will design a scalable, resilient operation, drive AI forecasting, and optimize global fulfillment across our Columbus hub, 3PL partners, and international networks while elevating the guest experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years at senior level in Logistics & Supply Chain in consumer goods.
• Deep experience with international logistics, Asian manufacturing hubs & European distribution.
• Strong background in Supply Chain IT (WMS, TMS, ERP).
• Proven ability to scale 600+ stores and wholesale/e-commerce infrastructure.
• Track record of leadership with transparency and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a global logistics ecosystem including flagship hub and 3PL networks.
• Lead AI-enabled forecasting and inventory placement initiatives.
• Design a 5-year roadmap for a scalable, resilient supply chain.
• Improve speed-to-market, reduce costs, and enhance the guest experience.
• Partner across functions to deliver growth strategy.
• Travel up to 50% globally.
