Job summary

Factory Motor Part is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead domestic and international transportation and logistics operations, optimizing the end-to-end supply chain through data-driven decisions, technology, AI, and continuous improvement.

You will report to the VP of Global Logistics and drive efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service while managing freight planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• 5–7 years in logistics engineering or transportation.
• Experience with global import/export and DOT regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound transportation ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Develop and administer transportation policies to optimize carrier performance and costs.
• Oversee import/export activities ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Develop logistics strategies and cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
• Design and optimize the global logistics network to support growth and customer needs.
• Negotiate carrier contracts and maintain relationships with freight partners.
