Job summary

Factory Motor Parts is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead domestic and international transportation and logistics operations. The role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end supply chain using data-driven decisions, AI, and continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will manage carrier selection, pricing, and performance, collaborate with IT on TMS and logistics tech, and drive cost reduction through insightful reporting and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Distribution or Transportation or equivalent.
• 5-7 years experience in Logistics Engineering or Transportation industry.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound/outbound transportation and shipping to ensure on-time delivery and strong customer service.
• Develop and administer transportation policies to optimize costs and service levels.
• Oversee domestic/international import/export, ensuring regulatory compliance.
