Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Strategic Supply Chain Manager for the US Toys portfolio in Seattle to own the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. You will lead a portfolio with major manufacturer and distributor partners, driving product availability and customer experience.

You will collaborate with Product, Vendor, and Customer Success teams, applying data-driven insights and AI to optimize decisions, scale processes, and deliver measurable results in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional/military experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or project management.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of Excel experience with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve supply chain performance across your portfolio, translating KPI trends into actions.
• Identify and deliver improvement opportunities across buying, demand planning, and inventory positioning, using AI to gain insights.
• Build scalable systems and automation to reduce manual work and improve decision quality.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to improve cost structure and profitability.
• Deliver supply chain insights and narratives for business reviews with Senior Leadership.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Vendor, and Customer Success Managers to raise customer experience.
