Job summary

Kintetsu World Express is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive growth in logistics and international freight forwarding. You will develop new accounts, participate in RFQs, and expand share while maintaining strong customer relationships locally and beyond state lines.

Daily activities include CRM documentation, prospecting, travel, and collaboration with overseas offices. If you’re motivated, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in Logistics/international freight forwarding industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify business prospects through cold calling, web research, and networking.
• Develop new accounts and participate in RFQ processes to expand share.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with new and current customers locally and out-of-state.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM and monitor AR performance.
• Collaborate with company offices and agents; communicate target accounts status.
• Travel as needed (domestic and international), including overnight stays.
• Coordinate weekly/bi-weekly calls with RVP to review activities and issues.
• Ensure accounts receivable stay under 2% of total past-due >60 days.
