Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking an International Account Executive to grow Ocean/Air and Import/Export accounts. You will prepare quotes, handle shipping docs, and coordinate bookings with carriers and agents, ensuring smooth international shipments.

The role requires strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customer relations, and documentation. Prior experience with CargoWise One is a plus; English fluency is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is preferred.
• Knowledge of CargoWise One software is a plus.
• Reading, writing, and speaking English fluently; bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Ocean/Air and Import/Export customer accounts.
• Prepare quotes and shipping documentation for customers and overseas agents.
• Coordinate routing of import/export bookings with carriers.
• Dispatch pickups and track shipments; resolve billing or shipping discrepancies.
• Serve as liaison with Customs Brokers, carriers, and agents.
