Job summary

R+L Global Logistics seeks an International Account Executive to develop Ocean/Air and Import/Export accounts, coordinating with customs brokers, agents, and carriers. You will prepare quotes, ship documentation, and manage the routing of bookings for international shipments.

The role requires coordinating with multiple parties, ensuring compliance, and tracking shipments from pickup to delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding knowledge is preferred.
• Bachelor’s in business or related field is desirable.
• Experience with international logistics is a plus.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and shipping documentation for international customers and overseas agents.
• Coordinate routing of import/export bookings with airlines and ocean carriers.
• Track and trace shipments and resolve billing or shipping discrepancies.
• Interact with licensed customs brokers, agents, and terminal operators to ensure smooth shipments.
• Disseminate clear shipping instructions and ensure compliance with regulations.
