Job summary

DATAmundi is seeking a Vendor Program Manager to lead a global localization program, coordinating Localization PMs, QA teams, Live Sports producers, vendors, and client stakeholders. This remote role requires collaboration across time zones and blended delivery models.

The role focuses on service delivery governance, KPI performance, and continuous improvement across Marketing Campaign and Live Sports localization workstreams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of localization operations, project, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional delivery teams across complex programs.
• Experience with blended delivery models (on-site, remote, vendor, part-time).
• Ability to manage capacity, risks, escalations, SLAs, and KPIs across workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and structured communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own overall service delivery for the managed localization program.
• Lead setup and coordination of Live Sports and Marketing Campaign workstreams.
• Manage performance against SLAs, quality standards, timelines, KPIs and metrics.
• Lead capacity planning across on-site, remote and part-time resources.
• Serve as primary escalation point for delivery risks and blockers.
• Establish communication protocols, cadence, and reporting structures across teams and clients.
• Review performance trends and drive corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reporting.
• Promote workforce engagement and clear expectations.
• Act as trusted operational partner to the client.
