Job summary

Roblox is seeking a detail-oriented Localization Program Manager to lead end-to-end localization for products. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and international teams to deliver high-quality, culturally relevant multilingual experiences for global users.

You will own localization requirements, define scope and timelines, and drive best practices across organizations to ensure timely, accurate content production. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, localization, international studies, or related field.
• 8+ years in localization or program management, ideally in tech or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of localization tools and translation management platforms.
• Experience localizing products for multiple languages and markets.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cultures and time zones.
• Knowledge of internationalization standards.
• Organized, strategic thinker with bias to action in a high-growth environment.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own i18n and l10n process from 0 to 1 by partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Intl and Community teams.
• Advocate for international users; voice of global audiences.
• Integrate localization requirements early in development cycles with PMs and engineers.
• Develop localization strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business goals.
• Define localization scope, timelines, and resources; ensure best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical/process issues affecting multilingual content.
• Coordinate with International/localization teams to meet delivery standards.
• Collaborate with product teams to anticipate localization challenges and provide solutions.
