Job summary

ATR International, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Localization Project Manager to join the marketing localization team in Cupertino, CA. You will lead end-to-end localization projects from concept through go-live, coordinating with marketing, design, video services, legal, and external vendors.

In a fast-paced environment, you will drive delivery of industry-leading, culturally nuanced assets in up to 40 languages concurrently, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of localization project management experience handling language launches, digital marketing, or media localization.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume copy and assets across multiple languages (up to 40 simultaneously).
• Strong understanding of online marketing, global asset distribution, and international marketing copy.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and strong cultural sensitivity.
• Proficient with industry-standard localization tools and workflows.
• Comfortable working on the Mac platform/iOS with familiarity with brand media products and UI terminology.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee localization workflows from scoping, planning, and task tracking to go-live.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams, design, video services, legal, and international vendors to ensure aggressive deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Asset & Copy Management: Manage international copy and creative assets for store, marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Team Representation: Lead and represent the localization team in cross-functional kick-offs, strategy sessions, and presentations.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, tools, and localization infrastructure.
