Job summary
BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT, INC. seeks a Localization Technical Solution Architect to scale and optimize the global localization ecosystem.
You will design integrations, streamline workflows, and drive automation across content pipelines for high-quality player experiences, with a hybrid on-site/off-site setup in Irvine, CA. You’ll partner with Localization, Engineering, Production, IT, and vendors to implement scalable solutions across TMS/CAT/CMS/DAM and ML-enabled platforms, including API-driven
Qualifications
- 5+ years in localization engineering or integration-focused roles.
- Strong program management and stakeholder communication.
- Deep understanding of localization workflows and delivery pipelines.
- Experience with MemoQ, Smartling, XTM, Gridly.
- Knowledge of data formats: XLIFF, TMX, JSON, XML, CSV.
Responsibilities
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Establish quality checks, governance, and data security standards.
- Evaluate and integrate ML-powered capabilities into workflows.
- Create architecture diagrams, requirements, and success criteria.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve speed and quality.
- Drive integration initiatives from discovery to rollout.
- Collaborate with Localization, Engineering, Production, IT, and vendors.
- Design integrations across TMS, CAT, CMS, DAM, and ML platforms.
