Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of software or globalization engineering experience with localization at scale.
• Expert-level Python and API usage to build automation frameworks and integrations.
• Experience with enterprise CMS/MSM platforms (e.g., AEM).
• Proven use of AI in localization workflows and MT pipelines.
• Deep understanding of TMS architecture and various file formats (JSON, XML, XLIFF, properties).
• Ability to perform code-level i18n reviews and promote best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and maintain the localization automation framework and workflows.
• Evaluate and implement AI/localization technologies to improve quality and cost.
• Provide technical oversight and diagnose high-impact architectural issues.
• Advise product/engineering on internationalization and i18n code audits.
• Manage and optimize Translation Management Systems (e.g., XTM, Smartling).
• Develop shift-left self-service tooling for dev teams to catch UI issues early.
