Job summary

LILT is seeking a Talent Manager to own the full expert lifecycle for our global linguist and AI data specialist network. You’ll lead sourcing campaigns, design vetting tests, oversee onboarding, and maintain clean records to ensure fast, accurate assignments across languages and disciplines.

You’ll report to the Director, Talent & Community and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Revenue teams to scale our multilingual programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Applied AI and/or localization vendor management — recruiting, vetting, onboarding linguists or language professionals.
  • Track record running large-scale multilingual projects across text, audio, image, and video.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Professional-level English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Own internal and external sourcing campaigns to build a pipeline of expert linguists and AI data specialists across languages.
  • Design, administer, and score vetting and testing assessments for candidate quality and fit.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new experts to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the expert database for fast assignment decisions.
  • Liaise with Production and Revenue to align sourcing with account and project needs.
  • Analyze pipeline data to identify gaps and inform recruitment plans across accounts.
  • Partner with team members to ensure a timely candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing, vetting, and onboarding processes and support junior staff.
