Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Localization Manager in South San Francisco, CA to lead the organization’s translation program across 15+ pharmaceutical brands. You will own linguistic assets, vendor relations, and tech integrations to enable compliant, on-brand multilingual content at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in linguistics, localization, communications, or marketing.
• 8+ years of enterprise localization program management experience.
• Knowledge of localization file formats, CAT tools, and TMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end localization lifecycle for omnichannel marketing and Medical/Government Affairs content across 15+ brands.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, SLAs, and program governance.
• Define KPIs and provide executive visibility on quality, cost, and speed-to-market.
• Architect and evolve localization tech stacks and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, and external agencies.
