Job summary

UW Medicine is seeking an LMS Administrator to lead the clinical learning system, drive process improvements, and manage end-to-end eLearning development. The role partners with educators and operations to ensure training aligns with regulatory and organizational goals.

The position is remote with occasional Seattle attendance, offering strong benefits and a 100% FTE schedule. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in LMS/eLearning with Cornerstone-Galaxy and major authoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 3+ years of eLearning and LMS experience.
• Proficiency with major eLearning authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate, Lectora, Rise).
• Experience with LMS integration standards and Cornerstone-Galaxy.
• Experience gathering user requirements and supporting training programs.
• Knowledge of IT methodologies, testing, and change management.
• Data management and analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for UW Medicine's clinical learning system.
• Lead process improvements and optimize LMS workflows.
• Manage full lifecycle of eLearning development from analysis to maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning solutions with organizational goals.
