Qualifications

• 3+ years in Learning & Development, training, or related field.
• Healthcare or veterinary service background preferred.
• Experience training front-line leaders and customer-facing roles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for diverse adult learners.
• Experience with instructional design and e-learning tools encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement learning programs for CST, PMs, and CSRs.
• Partner with VP and Senior Manager to deliver strategic educational initiatives.
• Create onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a strong start.
• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and events.
• Develop blended learning experiences including e-learning modules.
• Identify training needs and contribute to scalable development solutions.
• Coordinate program logistics and ensure learner engagement across initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness and incorporate feedback for improvement.
