Job summary

eps Americas in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager of Inventory Control and Logistics to oversee rental asset inventory across the US and Canada, ensuring accurate counts, locations, and dispositions for on-time project delivery.

You will lead Warehousing and Transportation coordination, collaborate with Field Services, Sales and Projects, and supervise the Warehousing and Transportation Coordinator roles to optimize utilization and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing rental inventory, logistics and transportation planning.
• Experience leading a team towards targeted results.
• Certificate or degree in management, event coordination, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and client requests simultaneously.
• Experience in event, trade show, concert, or exhibition production and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory counts by storage location and project to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee transportation planning to minimize cost while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Lead annual/periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Field Services and Warehousing teams to maintain product quality.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure proper activation of new inventory.
• Supervise Warehousing and Transportation Coordinator roles and drive cost efficiencies.
• Track and manage international inventory movements and customs details.
